horizontal and vertical lines

Hi,
i purchased 2015 macpro retina display 4 months back. y'day i started seeing vertical and horizontal lines with multiple lines.
Does anyone facing the same issue.when i was using my machine all of sudden it started display.
I am attaching my screenshots. i would like to get your advice.

Probably you have bought a MacBook Pro, so this is not the proper forum...

Anyway it seems like a broken display? Have you dropped it or sit on it?

i am sorry to post it in wrong forum. No i haven't dropped it and sit on the laptop.
i was worried if same thing happens even if i replaced new screen with out any physical intervention i dont see any dents and spots on the lid

No need for external testing, this is no GPU glitching, this is definitely the screen being broken. Somehow it experienced some kind of force/torque which it couldn't handle. I am sorry to tell you this but the screen has to be replaced.

Maybe a lot of pressure, while inside a case or during traveling ... it seems like display's physical damage not software or other hardware...

Yeah...that's what I was thinking, also, since the problem is consistent in the two photos. Expensive!
