    Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anybody else noticed slight dancing horizontal lines across the screen of their iPod Nano 3G? It does not interfere with the use of the iPod, but it is noticeable. Please note that I am very sensitive to things like this so you may not notice it. I went to three Boston area Apple Stores and 8 out of 10 display iPod's had it at pretty much each store. However, I am curious why I do not see this on the iPod Classic. Some iPod Touch units have this problem as well, BUT no classics? What is the reason for this?

    Sincerely,
    superhamster!

umm how did you realize there were horizontal lines? thru a camera of some sort? that's normal, since the lcd screen is refreshing, but if you can see with your own eyes, that is a different story.

Yes, I Can See It Through My Own Eyes

Yes, I can see it through my owns eyes and No, I did not use a camera for it. Like I said all units have it and it is very slight and I am very sensitive to things like that. However, only the iPod Nano has it. The Classic and Touch (VERY FEW units have this issue) are fine.

    Sincerely,

Will This Lead To Future Problems?

I don't think I will replace it, but I was wondering if you think this might lead to any future problems with the iPod?

Thank You very much for your help!

    Sincerely,
