Horrible ram prices (not apple)

I thought Apple sold ram at a crazy price, but i was just on Digidesign's site and came across their ram.

Crucial.com can do better.

I picked up 4GB (2x2GB sticks) for $54. You could max out a G5 tower with a whopping $420 or so!

Which I plan to do.

I've bought ram from non ram "specialists" before (like newegg). And if Digidesign had good prices i wouldn't see any reason to not buy from them. But seeing how their prices are horrible, i can't see anyone doing that.

Seriously speaking, their prices are for a three year old computer. They probably don't care enough to update or remove the page.
