Horrible video playback in Safari

Ever since upgrading to 8.3, playing videos in Safari is unusable at best. I have to click the play button multiple times and then the videos play for a few seconds then stop. Anybody else having this issue? Try it at a site like Live Leak.

Tried the site, no issues. Didn't say if you're in cellular or wifi - and maybe your internet or router is having issues.

Works fine on iPhone and MacBook Retina. Safari and Mercury both have issues.
