Hot and Steamy iMac

I have just purchased a 24" iMac, maxed it with RAM from OWC and its been running sweet - no freezes or the like. And then... I noticed one corner of the screen was steaming up like you might see the bathroom mirror, on the inside of the glass panel😱
It has since gone again, but is this normal/bad? Has anyone had this before?

You might want to do a search. I saw a post about this a couple months back. Do you live in a very humid environment?

Yeah, very humid here in Singapore. Did a search, but found nothing.
Perhaps I'll buy a dehumidifier for the home-office.

It's the humidity behind the glass.

It's the thought about the water dripping down inside your machine (on to the GPU? CPU? HDD?) that gives me the gitters.

Yep, that's probably what will do it. Electronics really hate very high humidity. In fact, although much smaller and les expensive, when I went to the Bahamas, my cell phone wouldn't work until I got out of the humid environment.
