I agree with you there - I love the heat, which can't explain why I live in Chicago, I suppose. Of course, it's supposed to be 30C/86F here today, which is almost 20F above normal.

Then it's going to be 15C/58F or so on Thursday.

It depends on how much you like sweating. ;)

The worst days are going to be when I go to the hospital to do my measurements using their brachytherapy (radioactive) seeds using our toy(s). I'm going to have to dress up in a proper shirt, proper pants/trousers, and possibly a tie when it's 35C outside, and 45C in my car!

Because I don't like it when my urine starts to boil while still inside my bladder.

Wow, I paint a pretty picture, don't I. :p

I'm in Taiwan right now. I'm going back to Oz tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

Even with the trees changing color and the onset of fall, it only got down to a little over 22 (73 F) here last night. Quite unusual for Iowa where normally this time of year we're lucky to get that as a high. Expecting close to 32 (around 90 F) today and tomorrow, then temps drop precipitously.

-46 F?!?!?!?! To hell with that. I mean, we get colder than hell in Denver (-12 or -18 below with windchill), but -46?! That's insane! We also get hot here (110 F), which means we never get used to the weather here. By the time it gets cold here we're all used to it being hot, and vice versa.

A perfect 10 day here.

Um, no..... -46 Celsius. I am Australian and was talking about Canada, there's no fahrenheit to be seen anywhere there. It's -50F by the way....

I spent the last three days outside chopping down trees and cutting em up, the temp was prob mid 30's, i like that temp esepcially when there is a easterly breeze. Bring on summer i say. I am also going to Mt Isa in a few weeks that is going to be mid 40's at least  i will be outside all day too, i am going to need to carry lots of water

Pantie-wastes...it was 90+ today. Last week got into the triple digits.

I LOVE THE HEAT!!!

Thassss right. In Houston, my weather widget was still hitting 100+ last week or so. Punks.

But the heat.. I could live without.
it makes me dizzy sometimes
 <-- dizzy, not confused.

Tomorrow the high is 90... IN FREAKING OCTOBER!

Today it's a nice 19C (66F) which is back to normal October weather. We seem to have 3 bushfires burning up north already with 2 being under control. This is looking rather ominous.

It's freezing where I am. It's been raining for the last 2 days. My feet are freezing.

Much nicer today definitely, bit of rain about the gong too I think, not sure though, I can't remember the last time we had good rain down here - maybe when the Gold Coast got flooded.

Where are those fires burning mj? I was amazed that there were no smoke pillars coming from the escarpment. Maybe tomorrow when it gets back up to 30 again.

If this is anything to go by we might be seeing a scorcher of a summer - I remember a few years ago when it was scraping 50 in the western suburbs around Penrith, hope it's not going to be anything like that.
