Has any other hotmail uses been getting a lot more junk mail in their in boxes than normal? I've been getting like 20 junk mails a day. They usually go right to the junk folder.

Yup. Every time someone posts about hotmail, someone responds with that.

I know, I know. Everyone tells me that. I'm just so anal, I can't imagine ever feeling comfortable that I switched everything that has my old email to the new one. And I can't be one of those guys who has two emails for ever and keeps checking the old one for that one piece of mail that I need.

I have 2 hotmail accounts, both setup to only allow mails from contacts or safe list :) works with no junk on inbox.

And yes the junk box seems to get hammer more this days.

AOL mail actually works pretty well if you're looking for something with similar gmail qualities to it minus the privacy stuff. If you're looking for something real secure, Hush Mail is probably the best choice.

You could always setup auto forwarding to your new account.
