Hotspot on iPad?

Has anyone seen if the hotspot functionality in iOS 4.3 for iPhone is included in the iPad update? Would be awesome if it was.

It would be a shame if Apple doesn't add hotspur features across the board. It is absurd to undercut devices because AT&T is rubbish.

Tethering and Voice Control are not available on the iPad. Since the Hotspot feature replaces the tethering feature, I would assume not.

But you never know.
