Other Hotspot turned on automatically at a specific focus mode

Hi!
I'm a teacher and I need to use my personal iPhone hotspot on my classes, so when I turn my "work" focus mode (automatically based on location) I would like to turn on hotspot auto also.
Is it possible? How?

What do you use the hotspot with?
If you are accessing it with a Mac or an iPad, the Hotspot can be accessed even when ‘switched off’.
It will activate automatically when selected from the client device.

As far as I am aware you cannot turn-on the Hotspot using an automation, therefore it cannot be added as a function to anything.
