Hourly Chime in Watch OS4?

Does WatchOS4 have the option for an hourly chime?

I know there are a ton of people that hate this. Don't flame me, I have a brain injury that impacted my perception of time. Hourly chimes help me reconnect. I've always been surprised chimes weren't a built in option.

I wish. I always using Announcing the Time on OSX and I keep up with the time better throughout the day. Can't see why we don't have this option.
I think the initial reason is, of course, watch speaker is **** but they could give us some kind of distinctive taptic feedback at least.

I have, multiple times. You can do it as a kludge using alarms but those are a pain since you have to dismiss them.

I have been using Diii which works tolerably well.
