For some reason, my Autosleep doesn't always work.

I turn it on as I go to bed and in the morning it's off.

The watch is in Theater mode so its not like my wrist is banging anything around.

I don't personally use the Lights Off feature, I just let the watch do it's thing and I have mine set to haptics only. You might find some answers here or if not you can at least reach out to them or support.

AutoSleep told this morning that my personal battery was only at 81%. Given that I woke up at 4 AM and then finally got out of bed at 5 after thrashing about, I’d say it’s pretty accurate.

I’ve been shocked at how accurate the “battery” meter has been. My physical health is currently majorly impcected by sleep, and the meter has hit my bad days correctly. I didn’t get to check last nights sleep until about 9pm tonight, and was shocked to see I slept almost 10 hours of good sleep, I wish that meant I could carry it forward - but I will go back to hoping for 8 tonight.

The the thing is freaky accurate. I’m trying to convince my 14yo with some sleep issues to try it - but she is worried about hitting her watch on the wall and breaking it.

When do you charge your Apple Watch if you use it for sleep if you don’t mind me asking?

I use both, Auto Sleep, and Sleepwatch, and honestly, they both are "sometimes accurate, sometimes on drugs" it would seem. I think both apps have a "mood", as on some mornings, they are right on, and on others, they're way off, I mean like 30 minutes to an hour. The graphs are pretty, and the things are somewhat useful, as long as you realize the days that they're not accurate, or so it would seem.
I charge my AW in the mornings, during coffee, and while I cruise the Internet. I'm retired, so I don't have to be bothered with having to be anywhere (like Work - UGH) at any given time. :)

Regarding accuracy - AFAIK, Pillow is the only app that allows to use *manual* tracking of sleep, not auto?
I need this since I want to know how long it takes for me to fall asleep every night. And auto-tracking app I tried (Sleep-Watch) does not show this.
SleepWatch is showing me graph when even on 1st minute I'm already sleeping, not awake :)
Pillow is fine, BUT! I don't know if it's a bug, with manual tracking Pillow uses 80% of my battery for 8 hour sleep 0_o
This is not acceptable...
P.S. AW4 owner :)
P.P.S. AutoSleep has very weird UI that is not intuitive at all... Compared to Pillow & SleepWatch
