How am I accidentally turning on the flashlight?

Love my iPhone X! But I've accidentally turned on the flashlight twice somehow.

I pick it up and see that the flashlight has been on.

I know I can do this via the control center, but I didn't intentionally do this.

Did you accidentally press the light button when the screen was locked?

don't press the screen. tap it. a tap cannot turn on the flashlight
