I know 6s has the 3d touch thing, which I know little about, but what I've seen I can live without it.

I know it has 2gb memory vs 1gb memory.

I know it has A9 processor vs A8

And the cameras are quite different, 12mp vs 8mp plus the 6s has 4k video recording capability...

I know the 6s is heavier and slightly thicker... I haven't had any bend issues with my 6 at all. Not sure why they went thicker on the 4.7 inch version. Lighter and thinner is better in my opinion...

And also know about the so called upgraded LTE bands in the 6s

Compared my phone side to side to my friends 6s... Both on the same Wi-Fi.... Pretty much same speeds surfing the net and pulling up apps, on some occasions my phone was faster pulling up the apps... Not sure why?

Both phones took roughly same quality of video played back on our phones that is... My screen I like better as it's more white and his yellow, he could of just got a bad one, yellow Hugh I didn't care for...

In my opinion the 6 is good enough to hold out for the 7.. I didn't see the iPhone 6s as a must need upgrade..

It's thicker and heavier due added taptic engine and 3d touch panel under the display

Definitely wait for the 7. There's only 2 more months till the 7 and I see no reason why you'd buy a new one now when you say yours is fine :)

I'd say if you could get a really good deal (like $250 off) on a brand new 6s or 6s Plus and you don't want to wait since the 7 doesn't appeal to you, go for it. Other than that, I'd wait for the 7 since it should have some cool new features.
