How can i cancel download from App Store on iPhone

Hopefully, it hasn't finished downloading. Press on the icon so that it can pause, then, contact customer support/iTunes.
 
Connect the iPhone to your iTunes and it will start the download there. You can then stop the download and it'll be removed from your phone after syncing.
