How can I change Safari's select TAB keystroke?

Instead of Command+Shift+] to go ahead and Command+Shift+[ to go back, how can I change it to Command+Up and Command+Down?

This bugs me too. You can change it in Keyboard Prefs>Keyboard Shortcuts. Hit the + at the bottom and pick your application, then follow directions.
