I've tried everything and I get a blue screen with Windows, and with Linux they don't even load.
 
First thing; I'm pretty certain you have to have a working compatible version of macOS installed, then you can create a partition for windows or linux. Do you have that?
 
Apple Intel mac's used to support BootCamp to allow native implementations of nix and Windows. But BootCamp is not supported for the newer Apple sillicon.

For the newer macs you will need some virtualization software such as VMware or Parallels. Since you're running an M4 chip I think your only recourse is a virtulizaion package. I suspect this isn't going to be free.
