macOS how can I click this menu? (Accessibility Inspector pic)

I am having a really hard time trying to click this damn "Change" menu. It's the process of an app called "DoOneThing".

I'm having problems because this menu is in "menu extra", i've never seen this before. Can anyone give me a hand please?
