What do you have to work with. Fairly straightforward in Motion, and I imagine After Effects as well (don't use After effects myself).

Since you have Final Cut Studio: This should be very easy to create with Motion. Have you worked with it? If not, I'd suggest to look at the Motion 2 Tutorial, or the Getting Started manual:
