How can i disable this Accesibility feature

Hello

Since i updated to watch os 9 every time i raised my hand and my Apple Watch show its screen, it appears this annoying banner. I have disabled the accesibility features but no results so far. Someone knows how to disable it?

I think that may be the accessibility home button screen.

Do you have that on screen home button turned on, on your iPhone?

No, i don’t have the accessibility home button screen on my iPhone.
