How can I drag and drop something with the trackpad?

My trackpad isn't working and I can't click, so I need to tap to get everything done. I want to be able to drag and drop with it, and I can't figure it out. I'm trying to move windows around on the screen and I can't! Any advice? I googled and can't find the answer.

It's well hidden.

System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options > click on Enable dragging > three finger drag
