How can I email a document to apple

An applecare technician advised me over the phone
(after explaining that several videos posted on facebook are redirected to a sterile itunes page..)
to email the screen shot & said I would find the email address on the apple home page... WHERE?!! There is no email address! Grr

I would assume it's just support@apple.com.
