iPhone How can I extract audio from apps?

There's an app with some song stems that I wish to extract in .wav or any audio format so that I could use those stems. I know there is a way, but I'm not very familiar with any of that.

I read about AudioExplorer+ but turns out it's for Jailbroken devices and currently, as far as I know, there is no real Jailbreak for iOS 12, which I'm on.

I don't want to use screen recorders and stuff because the audio will be so LQ. I need the highest possible quality that I could get.

I know a guy who can do it for me but he rarely checks his messages so I'm asking you guys. Thanks in advance.

Check app's backup with iMazing, you may be lucky. Free version should be enough.

I am able to pull up some .mid files but not only they are all the same, but they also do not serve me any need.
