I have Apple experience, as seen in my sig. I'll be turning 18 in a week and a day so the age requirement isn't really anything. Are they looking for anything in particular? I read on a site that if you answer a lot of questions on the support forums you're more likely to get hired.
I haven't a clue as to what Apple looks for. I've been using Apple hardware since a brand new Apple // and that wasn't good enough.
If you're talking about a job at Apple Retail, having answered questions on the support forums isn't likely to help you. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and watch the little "Learn about Specialists" video: http://www.apple.com/jobs/us/retail.html#specialist IMO, they're looking for people who will give the types of experiences these employees are talking about.
Spot on advice for the OP. Apply online, wait a few weeks to see if they invite you to a group interview, proceed further??* lol *(I dropped my app after being invited to the group interview since I had a much better offer waiting.) (lol)
hehe HAHA! TOPIC: If you're talking about applying for a retail and/or Genius position, they'll probably hire just about anyone off the street, provided they don't smell bad.
