How can I get clear slider and clock?

On the slide to unlock screen how can I get a clear (transparent) clock and slider bar, as seen in the pic attached.

I have jailbroke 2.x and have winterboard and customize installed.

Help😕

That looks like a normal lock screen, It isnt clear.
