How can I get HomeKit on my watch?

I’m able to add it as a complication when customizing the face inside the Watch app but it won’t show up on my actual watch. I also noticed it’s not showing up in my list of apps even though it’s an app on my phone.

What am I doing wrong?

Restart your watch. I can sometimes experience delays when changing settings from the phone. A restart usually sorts it out
