How can i get iOS4.2?

My iPads still only 3.2 and others are on OS4.2 and how do i get on it?

1) Wait for it to be released
2) Pay $99 to become a registered developer and download it from the only legal source
3) Search around on the Internet and find an illegal source and hope you are getting something safe without keyloggers added to it
