How can I get movies on my iphone?

I have around 20 movies on my macbook, how can I convert one to iphone resolution for free? Can't seem to find any.

I think the new version (9.4) will convert to the right size for iPhone 4. Good luck.

As the others have already said, Handbrake then drop them into itunes and tell it to sync which ones you want on your phone...

Does iTunes automatically convert the video?

I know that it optimizes pictures as they are copied over to your mobile device.

When I do Handbrake it won't let me do the iphone resolution its stuck on like 634 by 346 or something, the arrows don't move up and down.

I went to the handbrake website. It is stuck on 624 by 352 and won't go any higher.

Edit: Nevermind I found it, had to download a preset.

I've been playing with the settings and I can't get it go higher than that resolution either. I don't claim to be a computer whiz but it seems like that is the max output it will do. Anybody else have any luck?
