How can i get out a stuck cd/dvd

What happens if i have a cd/dvd in my mbp and cant eject it? Are there various ways to eject it?

Open Terminal and type "drutil tray eject" (without quotes).

Press enter.

I have to do this once in awhile on my iMac. Always works.
