How can I go from Beta 7 to GM 7?

I tried to reset the phone but now its at the new phone setup screen, but in the beta version of the OS.

And it wont show up in my iTunes now.. since its not setup.

Is it possible to unbrick the phone with some UDID reset? I have the ipsw file already>..

did you update to itunes 11.1 yet? its required for ios 7.
