iPod touch How can I make an Ad hoc network from my iPod Touch?

So Im wanting to create an Ad hoc network coming from my ipod touch so that me and others can connect wherever to transfer files and such, i was wondering what a good app (either a JB app or appstore one) would work for this. I've tried MyWi but it doesnt seem to work as an Ad hoc broadcaster. I have an iPod touch 3rd gen
