iPod How can I only sync saved podcasts with my iPod?

I would like to only sync saved podcasts from iTunes with my iPod nano. Is there a way to do this?

Are these episodes you've already played? Or are you just saving them for later?

Hi Jessica, they are episodes that I have already played and that I am saving for later using the iTunes option "Save Episode". These are then listed separately in iTunes under "Saved Episodes". This list contains the only podcasts that I would like to sync as my iPod nano has so little space. Thanks!
