There's no "New Window" option under the file menu, ( my firefox isn't broken)

What version of Firefox do you have?

screenshot of File > New Window menu item in the Firefox 4 Beta 9, but I suppose the NEW WINDOW menu item is included with older versions. Maybe.

PS: How do you know it is not broken, when such menu item is not visible with your Firefox, but with almost all the others?

Weird: it must have been removed in a newer version because it's there in mine.

My screenshot is from 3.6.6 (with New Window in it).

perhaps some addon is blocking that option, don't know, maybe Tab Mix Plus?

fixed it!, I had "enable single window mode" under tab mix plus...
