Well, no mac has a blu-ray player. So first you need to purchase an external blu-ray drive or install an internal one in a mac pro. After that, simply install Windows and then install your blu-ray player and it will play no problem.

It's currently impossible to play a blu-ray drive on OS X.

External Hard Drive + Mac Blu-Ray Player App

I've had an External Samsung BR Drive and have used this since SL.

Sure you have to pay for it but at least it works properly. You can also watch them through VLC but it is more in-depth to make it happen + I don't think any menus work, you just have to choose the movie file and watch it.

I use MakeMKV to quickly (in 10-20 minutes for a ~20GB BD disc) rip the movie into an MKV + stock VLC without any add-ons. It's free, fast and has all the goodies of VLC (subs etc.)
