How can I Pre-Order Two iPhones (separate lines)

I am in Verizon. We have two lines that are eligible for upgrade. Can I preorder both phones on the same preorder or do I need to repeat the process for each phone.

You can do both for sure through the carriers website in the same transaction. I have done it for years.
