How can I remove Feedback assistant on ios9 before ios10 next week?

Hey there,

I was on the iOS 9 beta last year and left the beta, uninstalled the profile shortly after 9.3. However the pesky app is still there on my device.

Any thoughts on how to have it not migraine over to iOS 10 when the official release takes place next week?

I have the same issue on my mac, but this isn't the forum for it.

Feedback assistant won't be in the public one, it will disappear. When you install another beta in the future, it will be back, and it will have your reports there again.
