How can I remove SYNC icon from top bar

Hello, now that we are in the iCloud I need to figure out how to remove my "SYNC" icon off the top right of my tool bar can anyone help?

Can you take a screencap? The only "sync" icon I'm aware of is in the top left while you're sync'ing with iTunes.

This... the icon goes away when the sync is complete.
