How can I remove these plugins?

Whenever I try to delete them Finder says that they are still in use. How can I make them not in use? lol

quit Safari or QuickTime Player then trash them. if not then choose secure empty trash from the Finder menu.

if you want to reinstall the Windows Media codecs download Flip4Mac again.
