how can i restore and keep my songs?

i want to restore, but i also want to keep my songs, but i think i restored once in the past and only thing that gets synced back are the photos and ringtones and phone numbers?

i have manual sync with songs so what can i do?

if you use manual sync then you have to manually drag all your songs back on after the restore

anything you got that isnt on your computer will be gone though
