You can't.

Besides, Macs don't use BIOS. Ivy Bridge and earlier Macs use EFI 1.1, while Haswell and later Macs use UEFI 2.0. There is no way to access UEFI options in a Mac. It's all locked away.

Technically there are a limited number of options available (such as preferred boot device and automatic timed startup), but it's probably best to ask: What are you trying to accomplish?

That's because there is no BIOS.

Apple uses EFI 1.1 in pre-Haswell Macs and UEFI 2.0 in Haswell and later Macs.
