I've tried searching online for this problem and it seems like I'm the only person who has it (or my search technique is rubbish).
Every time I print off a copy of an existing pages file the computer makes a backup copy of the file - but it's saved in the same folder as the original file so there seems little purpose.
Unchecked I've been know to find a file labelled something like 'back up of back up of back up of back up of back up of letter to customer' or whatever. It's quite irritating.
I don't have a time machine device and I'm mainly saving to dropbox if that makes any difference.
Anyone know what the devil's going on?
I'm on OS X Lion 10.7.4
