Where did you purchase the phone? Did you buy it outright? If Apple Store and outright, it's unlocked.

An easy way to tell is to download the My Truphone App. If you get the 'device locked or doesn't support eSIM' screen it is locked. If you get to the Sign Up screen, your iPhone 11 Pro is unlocked. Another way is to insert a different provider SIM and if it states unsupported sim, it is locked.
