How can I transfer content from my IPad/iPhone to PC?

I deleted stuff from my PC no back up of it and if I sync it then I will probably lose it.

Is there a way to transfer pics and music over? Or import it?

The only folder I can get is the camera album. 😕 I have the same problem when I sync my iPhone.

you can't officially, but there are ways with bits of software
