I recently purchased a Canon Elura 100 and I have Adobe Premiere on my PC, which does not have a firewire. My mac, which does have a firewire, can not support Adobe Premiere. I need a way to upload my video to my Mac and then to my PC. Please help!!!

Well, to do what you want, just import the video using imovie on the Mac and export it as a DV video stream... I'm away from my Mac right now, so I can't remember exactly what it is called in the dropdown box when you export. ( *not* a Quicktime movie with DV codec )

Copy that file over to your PC.

Do a test first with a 1 minute clip to make sure it works.

When you go to do the whole thing, the whole file will be large ( 13GB per hour or s ) so make sure you have a fast network connection between your systems and enough space on the PC.
If you are going to do this often, you'd probably be better off just buying a firewire card for your PC... they're like $25.

Or buying Final Cut Express for your Mac. :)
