How can i update iphone4.3.3 to 5.0.1

Hey guys i need help to update my iphone (att) jailbroken and unlocked 4.3.3 firmware 04.11.08 to 5.0.1 and unlock it. Please help. Thanks

DFU mode it (google that) then restore it via iTunes!

You can't unlock 5.0.1 baseband, in fact you can't even unlock the current baseband your on. How are you currently unlocked? Is it via Gevey sim?

If so I think the Gevey has issues on the latest basebands and won't work

If you don't need an unlock, just hook it up to iTunes, hit upgrade and go to 5.0.1. Then download latest redsn0w for 5.0.1 and jailbreak, should only take 10 min or so once you have iOS 5 installed.
