How can i upgrade the 21-inch iMac mid 2010?

Hello guys😀,
i use the mid 2010 21" iMac,3.06 i3 and HD 4670 as you know,
and i want to upgrade the CPU and Viedo Card~😀
i5-670 is absolutely no problem,but i7-870?
And then on the graphics card, the HD 4670 is MXM3 type a?
At first I thought the 6970M, but does not seem to be supported,now in considering HD 5750 or 6770M,they are 27-inch graphics card in mid 2010 and 2011 21-inch graphics.
Please help me think of a way.😕
