... as the title says, chrome don't use my keychain. Chrome do not show me my passwords in its settings or offers me the fill in...
In case I want to log in for example here, he ask for saving the pw but he save it in his own keychain...

The application has to be written to use it, if google chose not to use the keychain you can't make it.

What you link says it stores the information in the KeyChain. If it's not working as advertised, contact google support.

Chrome will by default save passwords to the OS X Keychain. If you can't get one to save, try going to Chrome settings then in advanced make sure you have this checked. Also click manage saved passwords and remove the entry for the web site giving you trouble and try again.

It will save using Keychain but will not GET passwords from Keychain. After you saved it in Chrome then Chrome may use it.
