How Can Windows Users See Me On iSight?

How can my Windows friends see me when I use iSight if it's possible? Because when I try to click on the camera in iChat it isn't avalible.

Your Windows using friends should still be able to see you even if they're not using Macs.

Are you using AOL? Are they? Does THEIR software support video IM?

I use iChat and they use AIM. I think there messenger works with video because most of them have the newest version.
