How can you put wallpapers into the wallpaper folder iPhone 5 ?

How in the world can you get wallpapers into the actual wallpaper folder on an iPhone 5?

Just create a photo album named "wallpapers" and keep them in there.

Because there already is a wallpaper folder on the iPhone 5, I just can't add any wallpapers to it.
