Take it outside
Burn it
Grind the ashes to a fine powder
Sprinkle them in the nearest river

It is the only way to be sure

Seriously... run iAntiVirus and see what you find
Delete anything questionable

If you are still unsure, do a clean install of Leopard if you need the peace of mind

Ran iantivirus and it didn't detect anything...still trying to get rid of clicksor!

Uh, those are either trojans or Windows viruses. End of story.

Uh, no they're not; you might want to read the data on the page before assuming you know what you are talking about. None of them are Windows viruses from what I can tell. There's one virus called Virus.OSX.Leap, which propagates via iChat on OS X PPC machines. The other viruses are for MacOS (pre-OS X).
