I already know about the wifi IP... But how can you tell your IP on LTE? Is it even possible since you have no access point but the ip provider's router?
"IT Tools" on the App Store can tell you the IP on your iPhone's LTE interface. Or you can google "What is my IP Address" to find out your public IP. They may not be the same if you're on a network using NAT.
